We teach a traditional form of Shotokan linked back to the Headquarters in Japan but also embrace the sporting element with Sensei Anthony being British and English Kumite (fighting) champion at his weight of -60kg. Sensei Neil assists with the coaching of the JKS National competition squad and has coached at the World championships in Japan.
